The resort is located at the heart of the island Lankanfinolhu in North Male' Atoll. It is one of the best-rated locations nearby Male' city. The resort provides a 20-minute speedboat ride from Velana International Airport.

Payment Policy:

• The  Partner  shall  settle  payments  for  all  advanced bookings 30 days before the client's arrival.   Bookings confirmed within 30 days to arrival must be prepaid as agreed during the booking confirmation.

Cancellation Policy 

• Cancellations Within 30-15 days to arrival: 50% of total invoice value without Green Tax
• 14 days to arrival & no-shows : 100% of total invoice value without Green Tax
• The  Resort  will  charge  for  cancellations,  no-shows,  and  early departures based on the booked meal plan.
• Cancellations  made  on  arrival  date will be considered as  no-shows and chargeable at 100 percent.
• Unless otherwise agreed, changes to the booking dates or  names are considered a cancellation.
• The  cancellation  and  early  departure  charges  will  be waived  off  for  split  stays  or  moving  within  the  group  resorts. 

• Up to 2 Kids Accommodation (4 Children in Two Bedroom Villas) and Meal Supplement FREE.
• Green Tax $6 per night per child chargeable.
• Speedboat transfer charges $98 will be charged for the children between 2 to 11 years. 
• Complimentary transfer for below 1 years
• Minimum 7 nights stays will get free transfer as per the Transfer Offer.   
• For infants, Resort will provide a complimentary Baby Cot. 
• Parents  must  sign a liability release to accommodate children in  Pool Villas and Overwater Villas.
